The customer said their water heater started leaking on a Sunday night and that two technicians arrived by 9 a.m. the next morning with a new unit, as promised. The customer said the technicians removed the 22-year-old tank and installed the new one within about 1.5 hours, adding a shut-off valve at the tank. The testimonial gives the date as June 12 but no year.
Ask before booking: If my water heater fails, can you bring a replacement on the first visit, and does the price include a new shut-off valve and removing the old tank?
