The reviewer said 1st American replaced their water heater at a very reasonable price and corrected venting and gas-line items that were not up to code, and a home inspector later commented on the workmanship.

Ask before booking: Ask whether the quote includes bringing venting and gas lines up to current code, and what workmanship warranty applies to the water heater installation.
